Hi, followers! I usually post about this every year, so here I go again. For the third year in a row, I’m participating in HuskyTHON an 18 hour dance marathon at UConn! I was a dancer in 2011, a morale captain in 2012 and this year (2012-2013), I am on the management team as creative director. It’s been really amazing and exciting so far making designs and marketing for something I’m really passionate about.
I could go on forever about how fantastic HuskyTHON is and how it has made my college experience so much more fulfilling, but I’d rather focus on where your (potential!) donations are going.
Every cent raised through HuskyTHON goes to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Everything we do for and at HuskyTHON is FOR THE KIDS. That being said, please consider making miracles and donating to an incredible cause. These kids deserve the best and we can help by raising money and awareness.
This is the link to my donor drive: Emily’s Fundraising Page. My goal is to raise $1,000 all for the kids and I am only $65 dollars away from this! The event is approaching very soon and having $1,000 raised by February 16th would mean the world to me.
Even if you can’t donate, please consider helping me by promoting this post, reblogging it, liking it ANYTHING. I really am passionate about HuskyTHON and everything it stands  for. It’s a great event for an even better cause.
Thank you so much!
FTK,
Emily
